Contract for Boudoir Photography Services

This Contract represents Sharlett Bravo with Boudoir By Shae.

The following are the terms and agreements for all Photography Services provided with Boudoir by Shae. 

Terms and Conditions

Only people 18 years of age or older are eligible for boudoir services. 

Session Fee and Decided services

Your session fees will cover the cost of a 2 hour photoshoot, the photographer's time, signature editing of photos, ordering and delivering of prints and other items when applicable. We require everyone a $50 booking deposit to hold your appointment. This $50 will be subtracted from the full cost of your session. No appointment is scheduled until payment has been received. On the day of your photoshoot we will require the rest of the payment in cash or through a digital banking app such as Apple Pay, Venmo or Cash App. We do not accept checks unless a full check is received and cleared prior to your session. When you reserve your date it removes the days availability. My schedule is pretty filled majority of the time and rescheduling can be a problem because it takes the date away from anyone that could have had a potential shoot that day. That being said I do require a $30 rescheduling fee and up to two rescheduled appointments per deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment plans

We do require a $50 booking deposit to secure your appointment. No appointments will be scheduled until the first payment has been received. From this point on the remaining cost of ______will be split among a 4 week time period. A payment of ______ will be subtracted from the card on file once a week for 4 weeks until payment is completely paid. Payment completion is required before the time of your photoshoot.

Prints

You will need to return to the studio to pick up your desired prints. Any additional photos or items will be sold separately and paid in full prior to ordering the item(s). All sales are final.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Sometimes shoots are scheduled back-to-back, to avoid a rushed shoots or having to reschedule all together, it is important that you arrive on time or even a few minutes early to your shoot. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling 

Session Deposit required at time of booking is non-refundable upon cancellation of your appointment. If you need to reschedule I ask that you do so with at least 24 hours notice and a $30 rescheduling fee will be applied. A limit of 2 rescheduled appointments per deposit. Your session deposit will be honored for 182 days from payment date. However, if that time exceeds your session deposit will be forfeited. No call, no show’s will automatically forfeit your deposit and future business relations will be determined.

Online Photo Usage

All clients are required to sign a model release form that grants or denies Boudoir by Shae permission to use any approved photographs taken of you during your session, online. Boudoir by Shae owns practical rights to all photos taken by Shae. The client release form will no longer be valid if the client shares any photos on any online platform and automatically grants Shae to post/shared photos to any social medial or online platforms owned by Shae. The model release form is revocable or changeable within 24HR after signing.

Privacy

Boudoir By Shae will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any of your personal information to any other parties. Any and all personal information disclosed during our shoot will remain private at all times.

Limit of Liability

Boudoir By Shae will make every effort to provide high quality images while protecting your privacy. After completion of our session in the unlikely event that your photograph’s or information is lost, stolen, or destroyed beyond her control her liability is limited. 

File and storage limitations 

Boudoir by Shae may delete, destroy or otherwise erase all photos from your session at any time after completion of your order. After this action is done I will no longer have access to any of these photos so make sure to save correctly to a reliable source such as a USB port. 

Wardrobe and Styling

The client is responsible for choices in wardrobe, makeup and hair style. No reshoots are available due to a client disliking the wardrobe or styling in photos.

Additional information 

Any additional guest attending may not take pictures while the photographer is working. Do not bring your own camera to a photoshoot. Please only bring people who are being photographed. We do ask that you inform anyone who is not going to be in the shoot to wait in the designated waiting room area unless previously agreed otherwise.

Travelers fee

Photographers travel to and from shoot location is free if travel is within a 50 miles round trip of zip code 87505. Any additional travel beyond 50 miles round trip will be $0.75 per additional mile.
